PE or Polyethylene Foam is the finished product manufactured by injecting
a foaming agent into melted plastic.

Polyethylene foam can be made into many useful products including:

Foam rolls with gauges from 1/32'' to
1/2'' thick

Foam planks are 1'' to 4'' in 1/2'' increments and can come
in differient colors and antistatic

I live/work in Mississippi, do I have to pay sales taxes?

By State and Federal laws, we are required to charge local and
state sales taxes on all sales within the state, with exception to customers
who have legal and up-to-date Sales and Use Tax Certificate. Fax a copy of
your certificate to (208) 460-1856 so we can get it on our system.

Do I have to pay for shipping or can I pick up my orders?

If you are close to our warehouse in Tupelo, MS, we do allow customers
to pickup orders from the warehouse and save on shipping charges.

Why do I hear different names for foam?
|
|
The names used in describing foam is usually based on the material
or process in making the foam.
Some more common ones are:
- Polyethylene - is extruded. Examples include foam sheets used from covering electronics products and furniture, and foam planking for thick surface protection
- Polystyrene - is formed by molds. These include packing peanuts, bean bag fill, and cushioning material used for packing stereo and computer components.
- Polyurethane - is created by pouring the ingredients together in a form and allowed to harden. This includes foam cushions found in seats and couches.
